July Summer Shopping Spree Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are age 13 years or older as of date of entry.

Promotion Period : Starts on April 1, 2011 at 12:00 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 31, 2012 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET

Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per participating Brand per person or Shop Your Way Rewards membership number each day and one (1) Entry per participating Brand per day via Twitter for a maximum of two (2) Entries per day per participating Brand.

Prize (s) :

MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES (A Total of Ten (10) Monthly Sweepstakes Prize Winners/ One (1) Monthly Sweepstakes Prize Winner for each Monthly Sweepstakes): Each Monthly Sweepstakes Winner will receive a Monthly Sweepstakes Prize which will be advertised on the Website. Monthly Sweepstakes Prizes will differ from month to month as advertised on the Website and through other media. The Approximate Retail Value of each Monthly Sweepstakes Prize will not exceed Ten Thousand ($10,000). Notwithstanding the foregoing, each Monthly Sweepstakes Winner will have the option of foregoing the advertised Monthly Sweepstakes Prize and receiving instead Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) in Award Cards; awarded as two (2) Five Thousand Dollar ($5,000) Award Cards. Award Cards are redeemable at participating Sears, Kmart, Land’s End, The Great Outdoors or Mygofer stores. Total ARV of each Monthly Sweepstakes Prize is Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) and of all ten (10) Monthly Sweepstakes Prizes is One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000).

SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE: The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) Five Hundred Dollar ($500) Award Card

Winner List : To obtain an official list of the names of the Winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Winners’ List – “Shop Your Way Rewards” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325, postmarked by March 31, 2012.
