Eligibility : The JCPenney You’ve Got the Look Photo Contest is open only to persons who are (i) legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, (ii) age 13 or older at the time of entry, and (iii) registered members of Facebook. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotion Period : From 6:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on September 9, 2009 until 12:00:00 p.m. CST on September 23, 2009 (the “Contest Period”)

How To Enter : Visit www.facebook.com/jcpenney, click the “Photo Contest” tab, and follow the instructions to enter the “You’ve Got the Look” contest (the “Contest”).

Limit : Limit one entry per Facebook ID.

Prize (s):

The Sponsor will award one (1) first prize, in the form of a $150 JCPenney Gift Card (a “Gift Card”), and two (2) runner-up prizes, each in the form of a $75 Gift Card.
