Eligibility : JCPenney Feel the Joy of Giving Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The JCPenney Feel the Joy of Giving Sweepstakes begins on November 26, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on December 23, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may enter/play up to ten (10) times per day during the Promotion Period.
