JCPenney Black Friday Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The JCPenney Black Friday Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law

Promotion Period : From 12:00:00 p.m. Central Time (CT) on Friday, November 13, 2009 until 11:59:59 a.m. CT on Thursday, November 19, 2009 (the “Entry Period”)

How To Enter : You can enter the Sweepstakes by visiting JCPenney’s application on the Facebook Platform at www.facebook.com/jcpenney, clicking the “sweepstakes” link, and following the instructions.

Limit : Limit one entry per person per week.

Prize (s):

Five (5) winners :
Each Winner will receive a prize (a “Prize”) consisting of a shopping spree on “Black Friday” (Friday, November 27, 2009) at a selected JCPenney retail store (the “Store”). Each Prize includes: (i) limousine transportation to and from the Store for the Winner and two (2) guests (“Guests”); (ii) a $500 JCPenney gift card (a “Gift Card”); (iii) a personal “shopping butler” who will accompany the Winner and Guests through the Store and provide shopping assistance; (iv) a one (1)-hour appointment with a style/wardrobe consultant, who will consult the Winner on up to two (2) outfits; (v) free gift-wrapping services for items purchased by the Winner; and (vi) a Flip Video Cam (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $150­). Total ARV of each Prize: $1500.

Winners : For the names of the Winners (available after January 1, 2010), send a self-addressed envelope, postage prepaid, to “Black Friday Sweepstakes – Winner List,” c/o J. C. Penney Corporation, 6501 Legacy Drive, Plano, TX 75024.&nsbp; Requests must be received by February 28, 2010.
