Eligibility : Hess Corporation Gas Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, and Vermont who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Hess Corporation Gas Giveaway begins on February 1, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit http://hessexpress.promo.eprize.com/giftcard and complete and submit the registration form

Limit : Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
