This Sweepstakes consists of six Monthly Entry Periods, as follow:

• Monthly Entry Period #1: 1/1/15 – 1/31/15 (Ended)
• Monthly Entry Period #2: 2/1/15 – 2/28/15 (Ended)
• Monthly Entry Period #3: 3/1/15 – 3/31/15 (Ended)
• Monthly Entry Period #4: 4/1/15 – 4/30/15 (Current)
• Monthly Entry Period #5: 5/1/15 – 5/31/15 (Next)
• Monthly Entry Period #6: 6/1/15 – 6/30/15 (Last)

As you can see, the first three Monthly Entry Periods have already ended. However, you may still enter the fourth one by the end of the week then enter the two last ones to earn more chances to win.

To be entered into the Sweepstakes, you’ll need to rate and review any of the eligible Frog Tape products displayed on the site. To get started, click the “Rate Now” button below for the eligible product you’d like to review then click the “Write A Review” link displayed on the product page, as shown below.

Complete your review as instructed and submit to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You may earn up to five (5) entries per day.

Alternatively, you may also enter by hand printing your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth, email address  and daytime telephone number on a 3″ X 5″ card and mailing it in an envelope with postage affixed to: FrogTape Rate & Review Sweepstakes, P. O. Box 826, Plainview, NY  11803-0826. Limited to a maximum of one entry per outer envelope.

Eligibility

The FrogTape Rate And Review Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Canada, who are 18 years of age and older, who are physically located and reside in the United States, District of Columbia or Canada at the time of entry.
