Eligibility : ePrize…Your Marketing Destiny (the “Promotion”) is open only to business entities legally operating within the fifty (50) United States and D.C. (excluding Washington) and Canada (excluding Quebec) at the time of entry. Individuals must have the authority to enter the business into the Promotion, must be an officer, director or employee of the business, and must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. (excluding Washington) and Canada (excluding Quebec) at the time of entry (”Representative”).

Timing : The Promotion begins on May 31, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on July 7, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each Representative may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):
Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: An ePrize promotion valued up to $35,000 USD and a strategy engagement valued up to $15,000 USD (details of promotion determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50,000 USD.
