Domino’s Super Big Taste Bailout

Eligibility : Domino’s Super Big Taste Bailout (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period :  The Domino’s Super Big Taste Bailout begins on March 17, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on April 19, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit www.dominos.com and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration.  Complete and submit the registration including a valid phone number.  Upon submission of the registration information, you (the “Nominator”) will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit :  You may not nominate yourself, and you may only nominate a person one (1) time during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

TWO (2) GRAND PRIZE PACKAGES (4 Prizes total, 1 per Nominator and 1 per Nominee for 2 winning pairs):  Free Domino’s Pizza for a Year awarded in the form of fifty-two (52) $20 Domino’s gift cards for each winner, for a total of one hundred four (104) $20 Domino’s gift cards.  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,080.

TWENTY-FIVE (25) FIRST PRIZES (50 Prizes total, 1 per Nominator and 1 per Nominee for 25 winning pairs): Free Big Taste Bailout Offers awarded in the form of a $15 Domino’s gift card, for a total of two (2) $15 Domino’s gift cards.  ARV: $30.
