Disney Hannah Montana Hoedown Throwdown Showdown

Eligibility : The Disney Hannah Montana Hoedown Throwdown Showdown is open to legal residents of the United States who physically reside in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and who are registered members on Disney.com with an upload account (“Upload Account”) on the Website.

Promotion Period : The submission period for the Disney Hannah Montana Hoedown Throwdown Showdown begins at 3 PM, August 3, 2009 and ends at 9 PM, September 8, 2009 (“Submission Period”).

How To Enter : Visit www.Disney.com/Hoedown and follow the instructions.

Limit : There is a limit of thirty (30) Submissions per Member during the term of the Event (“Term”), however, each Submission must be unique and any duplicate Submissions may be disqualified.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize package consists of one (1) $1,000 shopping spree at DisneyStores.com (approximate retail value (“ARV”) $1,000.00), one (1) “Hannah Fan Pack” containing: one (1) Disney Video Camera (ARV $145.00), one (1) “Hannah Montana: The Movie” DVD signed by Emily Osment & Lucas Till (ARV $50.00), one (1) Hannah v1-5, Hannah Concert DVDs (ARV $90.00), and one (1) “Hannah Montana: The Movie Soundtrack” CD (ARV $18.00). Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $1,303.00 (One-thousand three-hundred and three U.S. dollars).

TEN (10) FIRST PRIZES: Each First Prize consists of one (1) “Hannah Montana: The Movie” DVD signed by Emily Osment & Lucas Till. Total ARV of each First Prize is $50.00 (Fifty U.S. dollars).

Winners : For a copy of the Rules and/or a list of names of winners, send a separate, stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Hannah Montana Hoedown Throwdown Showdown, c/o T180 Studios, 445 S. Beverly Dr., Beverly Hills, CA 90212. Requests must be received no later than one month after the conclusion of the Event.
