Chick-fil-A Chicken Wave Promotion

Eligibility : The Chick-fil-A Chicken Wave Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”) who live in the United States or D.C. and are age eighteen (18) or older as of August 24, 2009.

Promotion Period : Chick-fil-A Chicken Wave Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 24, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Visit www.chickenwave.com and follow the instructions.

Limit : Limit one (1) Photograph and Avatar per entrant.

Prize (s):

The first 250,000 entrants in the Promotion who have complied with all of the Official Rules will receive one (1) coupon for one (1) free Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich, redeemable at participating Chick-fil-A restaurants (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2.73).

Subsequent entrants, up to 750,000 entrants, in the Promotion who have complied with all of the Official Rules will receive one (1) coupon for one (1) medium free Coca-Cola ZeroTM, redeemable at participating Chick-fil-A restaurants (ARV: $1.37).

Each day during the Promotion Period, at a time selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Sponsor or its designees will randomly select one (1) potential winner who will receive one (1) $50.00 Chick-fil-A gift card, redeemable at participating Chick-fil-A restaurants (ARV: $50.00).

At the end of the Promotion Period, Sponsor or its designees will determine the largest Section of the Promotion, i.e., the Section with the greatest number of eligible participants. Each eligible entrant in the largest Section will win a 2010 Chick-fil-A calendar (ARV: $5.00). Each Section is limited to 10,000 members. If more than one Section has 10,000 entrants, then the Section that was the first in time to reach 10,000 members will be considered the winning Section. One 2010 Chick-fil-A calendar will be sent to each eligible entrant of the winning Section via the mailing address provided by each entrant during the entry process.
