Bluefly’s Summer Designer ABC’s Giveaway

Eligibility : Bluefly’s Summer Designer ABC’s Giveaway (the “Instant Win Game”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period : The Instant Win Game begins on July 9, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 3, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may play (1) time per day during the Promotion Period. / For each friend referral with a valid email address, you will be given one (1) additional Instant Win Game play for a total of up to two (2) additional plays through the Tell A Friend Program per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):
TWENTY-SIX (26) GRAND PRIZES (one (1)_per day): $1,000 Bluefly gift certificate. Gift certificate will be awarded in the form of a credit to User’s Bluefly Account. In order to redeem the $1,000 gift certificate, the User must have or create a Bluefly account and have a valid credit card on file. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000.
