Eligibility : THE 77KIDS WIN THE GOTTA HAVE OUTFITS SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (EXCEPT RESIDENTS OF RHODE ISLAND, PUERTO RICO, ALL U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS AND OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATIONS) AND CANADA (EXCLUDING THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC) (Collectively, THE “ELIGIBILITY AREA”), THIRTEEN (13) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF THE DATE OF THEIR ENTRY.

Promotion Period : The 77Kids Win The Gotta Have Outfits Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on 1/21/09 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on 2/24/09 (“Entry Period”).

How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes, visit the Sweepstakes website at www.77kids.com (the “Entry Site”) during the Entry Period, and follow the Sweepstakes entry directions; providing your first and last name, street address (no p.o. boxes), city, state or province, zip or postal code, daytime telephone number, date of birth and e-mail address (“Online Entry”).

Limit :  ONLY ONE (1) ONLINE ENTRY PER PERSON AND/OR E-MAIL ADDRESS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

Prize (s):

GRAND PRIZE (One [1] Grand Prize will be awarded): The Grand Prize consists of a US $500 77Kids.com Shopping Spree (awarded in the form of 77kids.com Gift Card(s)*) (approximately $592.02 CAD).

FIRST PRIZE (Five [5] First Prizes will be awarded): Each First Prize consists of a US $100 77Kids.com Shopping Spree (awarded in the form of 77Kids.com Gift Card(s)*) (approximately $118.47 CAD)
