30 Seconds of Wendy’s Contest

Eligibility : 30 Seconds of Wendy’s Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any products, services or special equipment for the purposes of entering this Contest.

Promotion Period : The 30 Seconds of Wendy’s Contest begins on October 12, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on November 5, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

How To Enter : Visit www.youtube.com/wendys and follow the links and instructions to upload and submit one (1) video

Limit : You may submit as many unique Submissions as you would like during the Contest Period.

Prize (s):

TWENTY-FIVE (25) GRAND PRIZES (ONE (1) PER ENTRY PERIOD): a $200 Wendy’s gift card
