Eligibility : The $2010 in 2010 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The $2010 in 2010 Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), December 31, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, January 25, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : 1 Sweepstakes entry per day during the Promotion Period.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A $2,010 Visa Cash Card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,010.

THREE (3) FIRST PRIZES: A $250 Visa Cash Card. ARV: $250.
