The Eat Smart Sweepstakes

Eligibility : This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States who are 21 years of age and older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : This Sweepstakes may be entered during the period commencing at 12:01 A.M., June 17, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., July 31, 2008 (“Entry Period”)

Limit : Entries are limited to one per person/Address per Day (regardless of whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address).

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: The winner of the Sweepstakes (“Winner”) will be awarded up to one (1) year’s supply of Chefs Diet “My Total Solutions” meals for a family of four (“Product”); or Winner can choose to receive a 9 month, a six month or a 3 month supply of the Product (approximate retail value ["ARV"] for 12 months = $44,500; ARV for 9 months = $ 33,375 ; ARV for 6 months = $22,250; ARV for 3 months = $11,125 ). The Winner will also be awarded a cash prize of $5,000 (awarded as a check) to be used towards payment of income and sales taxes payable as a result of winning the prize. Total ARV of Grand Prize: $49,500.
