Romano’s Macaroni Grill My Amore Contest Promotion

Eligibility : Contest is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

Promotion Period :
The Contest periods are as follows:

1. My Amore Contest I: Starts on 2/18/08 at 12:00 A.M., ET and ends on 4/27/08 at 11:59:59 P.M., ET (”Contest Period I”). All entries must be received by 4/27/08 at 11:59:59 P.M., ET.
2. My Amore Contest II: Starts on 4/28/08 at 12:00 A.M., ET and ends on 9/14/08 at 11:59:59 P.M., ET (”Contest Period II”). All entries must be received by 9/14/08 at 11:59:59 P.M., ET.
3. My Amore Contest III: Startson 9/15/08 at 12:00 A.M., ET and ends on 2/8/09 at 11:59:59 P.M., ET (”Contest Period III”). All entries must be received by 2/8/09 at 11:59:59 P.M., ET.

Limit : One entry per person throughout the Contest Period, regardless of email address used.

Prize (s):
My Amore Contest I:
Grand Prize (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a private four (4) course dinner at a local Romano’s Macaroni Grill Restaurant for him/herself and nine (9) of his/her friends prepared by a Romano’s Macaroni Grill chef and a Five Hundred Dollar ($500) Romano’s Macaroni Grill Gift Card. Specific dinner location and arrangments will be as designated by Sponsor. Name of Grand Prize Winner and his/her Essay may be posted on the My Amore contest website and/or online menu at www.macaronigrill.com following the end of the Contest (ARV: $2,000)
First Prize (50): Fifty First Prize Winners will each receive a One Hundred Dollar ($100) Romano’s Macaroni Grill Gift Card (ARV: $100 each). The names of the First Prize Winners and their Essays may be posted on the My Amore contest website and/or online menu at www.macaronigrill.com following the end of the Contest. Gift Cards must be used in accordance with their terms and conditions and as allowed by state law.

My Amore Contest II and III: Five (5) First Prize Winners in each Contest will receive a Fifty Dollar ($50) Romano’s Macaroni Grill Gift Card. (ARV: $50 each).
