Red Vines Sweet Life Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Red Vines Sweet Life Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least sixteen (16) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Red Vines Sweet Life Sweepstakes begins on April 23, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on October 20, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit http://americanlicorice.promo.eprize.com/rewards and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the online registration including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. By registering, you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the drawing for the Entry Period in which registration is made. Each time you subsequently login, you will receive one (1) entry into the drawing for the applicable Entry Period.

Limit : Each participant may only enter once per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

THIRTEEN (13) GRAND PRIZES (one (1) per Entry Period): An American Licorice Candy Prize pack comprising one (1) 4-lb. jar of Red Vines® Original Red Twists, a 2-lb. Red Vines® Family Mix® Bag, one (1) 4.78-oz. jar of individually wrapped Sour Punch® Twists, and one (1) pack of the new American Licorice Extinguisher® candy. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50.
