Wendy’s 99 Cent Bid for Value

Eligibility : Participation is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the age of majority in their home state by January 5, 2009, provided that entrants eligible for the automobile prize must also be a licensed driver. Void outside of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

Promotion Period : Between January 6, at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (”EST”) and January 14, 2009 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Promotion Period”)

Limit : The promotion (the “Promotion”) is set up in reverse auction style, whereby each time an entrant submits a bid (”Bid”), a ticker (”Ticker”) originating at the Prize’s Average Retail Value (”ARV”) will reduce in a specified increment (e.g. $1 or $0.01) for each Bid until it reaches $0.99. The entrant whose Bid causes the Ticker to reach $0.99 (as hereinafter defined, the “Successful Bid” and “Successful Bidder’), will win the stated prize (the “Prize”), subject to verification. Please note that in order to make a Bid, an entrant merely clicks on the designated “Submit” button and does not enter any numerical value or provide any payment or promise thereof.

Prize (s):

One prize will be given to the winner of each separate “auction.”
The prizes include six (6) Xbox 360 Elite Consoles (ARV $430 each); six (6) Kawasaki KDX126FS 26″ mountain bikes (ARV $250 each), four (4) Lenovo ThinkPad T400 (ARV $950 each), four (4) HEAD TRANSIT i. Snowboard/HEAD P4 Bindings (ARV $600 each), four (4) Panasonic - 50″ 720p Flat-Panel Plasma HDTVs (ARV $1,650 each), one (1) bill payoff ($10,000), and one (1) Hyundai 2008 Santa Fe SE (No Options Package) (ARV excluding tax, tags and title $28,000 each).
