Your Modern Family Hawaiian Vacation Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older) and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access as of 9/20/11.

Promotion Period : Begins on or about 12:00:01 a.m. PT (midnight) on 9/21/11 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on 9/28/11

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts a person may have.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a five (5) day/four (4) night trip for winner and up to three (3) guests (each, a “Guest”) to Honolulu, HI, on Sponsor-selected dates during 2012 (“Trip”), consisting of the following elements: (a) hotel  accommodations at Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa in Ko Olina, Hawai’i (one  standard room/quadruple occupancy, including room tax) for four (4) nights; (b) mid-sized rental vehicle with unlimited mileage for the duration of the Trip (primary renter must be 25 years or older, in possession of a major  credit card and valid driver’s license in the same name and agree to all  the terms and conditions required by car rental agency); (c) $500 spending  money for the winner; (d) round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and the Honolulu International Airport (unless winner’s residence is located on the Island of Oahu); and (e) roundtrip ground transportation between Honolulu airport and hotel. ARV of prize: $6,560.00.
