Eligibility : Open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States, D.C. and Canada (excluding Puerto Rico and the province of Quebec), who are physically located and residing therein and who are 18 years of age or
older as of Oct 17, 2012 and who possess a valid Social Security, personal tax I.D. number or Social Insurance Number issued by the appropriate government agency.

Promotion Period : Begins at 09:00:01 AM ET on Oct 17, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59PM ET on November 27, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s) :

Thirty (30) Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes: Five (5) prize packs will be awarded per Weekly Sweepstakes. Each Weekly Sweepstakes winner will receive one (1) prize pack including one (1) golf shirt, one (1) visor, one (1) ball marker, one (1) sleeve of golf balls and one (1) golf towel.

One (1) Grand Prize: GP consists of one (1) trip to be shared by GP winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Bermuda to golf at the home of the 2012 PGA Grand Slam of Golf. Trip includes:
– Roundtrip coach airfare for winner and one (1) guest from a gateway city (Boston, MA; New York, NY; Atlanta, GA; Philadelphia, PA; Washington DC; Baltimore, MD; Charlotte, NC; Miami, FL),
– Three (3) night/four (4) day hotel accommodations for two (2),
– One (1) round of golf for two (2) at Port Royal Golf Course,
