Eligibility : The YellaWood Weekly Western Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Entrants must be at least 21 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : The YellaWood Weekly Western Sweepstakes commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 2, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 29, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Visit (the “Website”) at any time during the Promotion Period and: (a) electronically agree to these Official Rules; (b) follow the online instructions to complete all required fields to register on the Website and enter the Promotion; and (c) follow on-screen instructions. Upon completion of the registration process you are automatically entered into the Grand Prize Drawing

Limit :  There is a limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address per day.

Weekly Prizes:

Week #1: Dude ranch trip for 4 to Red Cliffs Lodge in Moab, Utah including airfare OR $9,000 in cash payable in the form of a check (ARV $9,000 USD) The Dude ranch trip package (“Package”) consists of one (1) trip for four (4) persons to Red Cliffs Lodge in Moab, Utah. Package consists of round trip coach class air transportation to Salt Lake City, Utah for the Winner and up to three guests from a major U.S. airport closest to Winner’s residence (no substitutions are allowed); five nights accommodations at the Red Cliffs Lodge, room and tax only, in one standard quadruple-occupancy room for up to five (5) nights; one activity per day for five (5) days; and a full size rental car for up to five (5) days.

Week #2: Stainless Steel Grill and $100 worth of Omaha Steaks OR $2,500 in cash payable in the form of a check (ARV $2,500 USD)

Week #3: Free gas for approximately one year in the form of a $2,500 pre-paid gas card OR $2,500 in cash payable in the form of a check (ARV $2,500 USD)

Week #4: $5,000 Backyard Makeover in the form of a check (ARV $5,000 USD)

Week #5: Workmen’s Workshop OR $3,500 in cash payable in the form of a check The Workman’s Workshop consists of a DeWalt 6-piece 18 Volt Cordless Combo Kit, Bosch 15-amp 10″ table saw, DeWalt Heavy-duty 12″ Double-bevel sliding compound saw, DeWalt 13-amp Variable Speed Reciprocating Saw, Jet 9-amp 16 speed Drill Press, Kobalt 9-drawer ball-bearing tool chest, and Makita 3.25 HP Plunge Router (ARV $3,500 USD)

Week #6: $5,000 Deck Makeover in the form of a check (ARV $5,000 USD)

Week #7: Big Screen TV (52″ inch flat-panel LCD HDTV) OR $3,000 in cash payable in the form of a check (ARV $3,000 USD)

Grand Prize:

Exactly one (1) Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) consisting of a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Hybrid Truck (ARV $40,000 USD) will be awarded to exactly one (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”).

Winners :

For the names of the Prize Winners and/or Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: The YellaWood Weekly Western Sweepstakes c/o Brandmovers, PO Box 723188, Atlanta, GA 31139. All requests for a copy of the Official Rules and the names of Prize Winners must be made by April 15, 2009. Please note on the front left- hand corner of your outer envelope whether you are requesting “Official Rules” or the name of the “Prize Winners.” Vermont residents may omit return postage if requesting a set of Official Rules.
