Eligibility : Open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico and US Territories and Possessions). Entrants must be at least thirteen (13) years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : Commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on March 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on July 31, 2011

INSTANT WIN PRIZE:

There are exactly fifty (50) Instant Win Prizes (each, a “Prize”) available to be won in the Promotion. Each Instant Win Prize Winner will receive one (1) Airheads T-shirt (ARV $18)and one (1) case of Airheads (ARV $35). Approximate retail value (ARV) of each Instant Win Prize is $53.00 USD (“Instant Win Prize”).

GRAND PRIZE: Exactly three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded in connection with the Grand Prize Drawing portion of the Promotion (“Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will be selected by random drawing to be held on or about August 1, 2011 (“Random Drawing Date”) from among all eligible entries received.

Grand Prize includes one (1) of three (3) trips for an extreme experience providing: airfare, hotel, admission fees, plus gift cards/certificates for shopping and meals. Approximate retail value (ARV) of trips is $3,000 to $12,300 USD. Trips awarded depend on choice selected during winner registration. Adult supervision on trips required.

Grand Prize Trip Packages:

Package #1: One Day Great White Shark Encounter – A trip for two (2) to Hyde St. Pier, Fisherman’s Wharf, San Francisco, CA consisting of: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) persons from the major U.S. airport gateway nearest the winner’s residence to San Fransisco, CA; (b) one (1) night first-class hotel accommodations (double occupancy) in San Francisco, CA; (c) two tickets to One Day Great White Shark Encounter with Incredible Adventures, Inc. and; (d) one preloaded $250 VISA gift card per person (total of two preloaded $250 VISA gift cards with this package) . The ARV of Grand Prize Package #2 is $12,300 USD.
