Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open in the fifty (50) United States, D.C. (excluding Puerto Rico), and all provinces of Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec (“North America”) and is offered only to legal residents who have reached the legal age of majority in their state or province of legal residence at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Runs from 12:00am ET May 12, 2014 to 11:59pm ET June 15, 2014, inclusive (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person, per day.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) and thirty-two (32) Daily Prizes (the “Daily Prizes”) are available to be won.

The Grand Prize consists of:
Roundtrip airfare for the Grand Prize winner and his/her adult guest (the “Guest”) from the closest international airport to the Grand Prize winner’s home to Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport;
Three (3) nights’ accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and Guest at Angler’s Lodge  in Sterling, Alaska (the “Lodge”), based on standard room/double-occupancy; accommodations include lodging, meals (excluding alcoholic beverages) and fishing gear and tackle;
Two (2) days of guided fishing (no less than four (4) hours) for the Grand Prize winner and Guest at the Lodge;
One (1) mid-sized rental car from Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest to drive to the Lodge; and
One (1) $250 USD cash card to the winner for miscellaneous expenses.
The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,700 USD and $4,081 CAD based upon the Bank of Canada CAD/USD exchange rate on April 28, 2014.

Daily Prizes (32), each consists of:
1. One (1) Carhartt Men’s Force Cap; and
2. One (1) Carhartt Men’s Force Cotton SS Henley Shirt.
The approximate retail value of each Daily Prize is $36 USD and $39 CAD based on the Bank of Canada exchange rate on April 28, 2014.
