Wheaties Get Your W’s Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Wheaties Get Your W’s Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Wheaties Get Your W’s Sweepstakes begins on September 9, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 28, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit www.GetYourWs.com and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration.

Limit : After registration, each participant may receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry per day by logging in to www.GetYourWs.com during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Trip for two (2) to the 2010 NBA All-Star game in Dallas, TX. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Dallas, TX; four (4) days and three (3) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy), ground transportation to and from
airport and hotel; two (2) tickets to the 2010 NBA All-Star game on 2/14/2010 and $500 spending money. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $8,650.

FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZES: Autographed Poster, Free Wheaties for a Year (Prize awarded as twenty-four (24) coupons for Sponsor’s Big G Wheaties products, where each coupon is worth up to $6.00.), and a Wheaties Pack, including a Wheaties Water Bottle, Wheaties Duffle Bag, Wheaties Hat, and Wheaties Book. All details will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $448.00.
