Eligibility : “Wendy’s Hot Tropics Giveaway” Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“Territory”), who are at least 21 years of age as of date of entry.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins at 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 28, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 25, 2014 (“Promotion Period”).

Limit : An Entrant is limited to receiving one (1) entry for each “Word of the Day,” for a maximum of five (5) entries per each Weekly Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s) :

Prizes (4): The following prizes will be available in the Promotion:

i. The Weekly Sweepstakes Period 1 prize consists of a seven (7) night/eight (8) day trip for two (2) people – winner and one (1) guest – to the Carambola Beach Resort and Spa on the island of St. Croix (“Period 1 Prize”). The Period 1 Prize will include:
– Round-trip air transportation for two (2) people to St. Croix;
– Airport transfers on St. Croix;
– Seven (7) night/eight (8) day stay at the Carambola Beach Resort and Spa (single room, double occupancy);
– Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner for two (2) people; and
– Complimentary tour of Buck Island, including transportation
The ARV for Period 1 Prize is $7,150.

ii. The Weekly Sweepstakes Period 2 prize consists of a seven (7) night/eight (8) day trip for two (2) people – winner and one (1) guest – to the Westin St. John Resort on the island of St. John. (“Period 2 Prize”). The Period 2 Prize will include:
– Round-trip air transportation for two (2) people to St. Thomas;
– Airport transfers including both ground and ferry transport for two (2) people to St. John;
– Seven (7) night/eight (8) day stay at The Westin St. John Resort (single room, double occupancy); and
– Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner for two (2) people
The ARV for Period 2 Prize is $7,363.

iii. The Weekly Sweepstakes Period 3 prize consists of a seven (7) night /eight (8) day trip for two (2) people – winner and one (1) guest – to the Frenchman’s Reef Marriott Beach Resort on the island of St. Thomas (“Period 3 Prize”). The Period 3 Prize will include:
– Round-trip air transportation for two (2) people to St. Thomas;
– Airport transfers on St. Thomas;
– Seven (7) night/eight (8) day stay at the Frenchman’s Reef Marriott Beach Resort (single room, double occupancy); and
– Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner for two (2) people
The ARV for Period 3 Prize is $7,450.

iv. The Weekly Sweepstakes Period 4 prize consists of a seven (7) night /eight (8) day trip for four (4) people – winner and up to three (3) guests to “The Buccaneer” on St. Croix (“Period 4 Prize”). The Period 4 Prize will include:
– Round-trip air transportation for four (4) people to St. Croix;
– Airport transfers for four (4) people in St. Croix;
– Seven (7) night deluxe oceanfront room at The Buccaneer for up to four guests (single room, quad occupancy);
– Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily for four (4) people;
– Complimentary Tour of Buck Island, including transportation;
– Kids Camp daily for 4-12 year olds (if applicable);
– Access to kayaks, snorkeling, floating mats, beach toys; and
– Daily activities and entertainment (to be determined by Co-Sponsors in their sole discretion)
The ARV for Period 4 Prize is $10,256.
