Eligibility : Wendy’s Win Your Perfect Pair Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on October 15, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry and one (1) Instant Win Game play per day for registering or logging in.

Prize (s):

Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner’s choice of one (1) of the following prize packages:
a. An entertainment prize package which includes a flat panel HD television and choice of one (1) of the following: an Xbox 360®, a Nintendo Wii®, or a Logitech® Harmony One remote control.
b. A relaxation prize package which includes one (1) year of massages, awarded as a Spafinder.com® gift certificate and choice of one (1) of the following: an Origins™ gift basket, a Pacific Outdoors folding recliner, or an Amazon® Kindle®. Terms and conditions of gift certificate apply. All products included in gift basket to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. For all Sweepstakes prize options: Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.
