wendys.com/tailgate – Wendy’s Ultimate College Football Tailgate Experience Promotion

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (or the District of Columbia) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), September 26, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, November 25, 2012 (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may receive and/or use up to five (5) Codes per day for a maximum total of five (5) Ultimate Tailgate Sweepstakes entries and five (5) Instant Win Game plays per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of obtaining Codes. Each entrant may upload one (1) Photo per day and receive up to one (1) entry per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

a) Ultimate Tailgate Sweepstakes Prize:
ONE (1) ULTIMATE TAILGATE: A GMC Sierra Truck with a 5’ x 8’ tailgate trailer that includes the following: HDTV, generator, outdoor speakers, refrigerator, microwave, draft beer system, portable toilet, and grill; Wendy’s Cheeseburgers for a Year in the form of a $260 Wendy’s gift card; Coca-Cola products for a year awarded in the form of 52 coupons for a free 12 pack; and a trip for four (4) to the city where a College Football Bowl Game, determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will be held. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel of
Sponsor’s discretion (single room, quad occupancy); and $6,000 that may be used to purchase four (4) tickets to a Bowl Game (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Winner must complete the trip on the dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited. Dates are not yet determined but are planned during December 2012 or January, 2013. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $66,000.

b) Strike Your Football Pose Photo Sweepstakes Prize:
FOUR (4) STRIKE YOUR FOOTBALL POSE PRIZES: A trip package for two (2) to New York, NY to attend the Wendy’s High School Heisman Telecast. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); two (2) nights’ accommodations at Sponsor’s choice of hotel (single room, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to the Wendy’s High School Heisman Telecast on December 7 & 8, 2012 (seat locations to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and a $500 spending money, awarded as a gift card (terms and conditions apply). Travel must commence on December 7 and end on December 9, 2012 or winner will forfeit the prize. ARV: $3,450.

TEN (10) THRESHOLD ONE (1) BONUS PRIZES (1,000 ENTRIES REQUIRED): Wendy’s Cheeseburgers for a Year awarded as a $260 Wendy’s Gift Card. ARV: $260.

FIVE (5) THRESHOLD TWO (2) BONUS PRIZES (5,000 ENTRIES REQUIRED): A $1,000 Best Buy gift card that may be used to purchase a 3D LED HDTV. ARV: $1,000.

ONE (1) THRESHOLD THREE (3) BONUS PRIZE (10,000 ENTRIES REQUIRED): A personal tailgate party with a visit from the Wendy’s® Taste Tour Trailer. Tailgate party date (must be before December 31, 2012, or prize will be forfeited) and location near winner’s home to be determined by Wendy’s in its sole discretion, making a reasonable effort to accommodate winner’s schedule and preferences. ARV: $10,000.

Instant Win Game Prizes:
