Wendy’s Coca-Cola Ride with Kyle Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Wendy’s Coca-Cola Ride with Kyle Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 48 Contiguous United States (and the District of Columbia) who are 16 years old and older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited.

Promotion Period : The Wendy’s Coca-Cola Ride with Kyle Sweepstakes will begin February 2, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), and end at 11:59 p.m. ET, March 22, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter :

1. a. Visit a Wendy’s Restaurant: During the Promotion Period, visit a participating Wendy’s restaurant and purchase a Large 40 oz. drink. Locate the unique 10 digit code (“Code”) on specially marked 40oz. cups while supplies last. Once you have obtained a Code, visit http://wendys.eprize.net/ridewithkyle and follow the links and instructions for entry. After you submit the required information on the registration or login form and complete the Code entry page, you will automatically receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes and 1 Instant Win Game play. Each Code may only be entered once. You will automatically advance to the Instant Win Game Page where you will have the opportunity to play the Instant Win Game. Once on the Instant Win Game page, follow the links and instructions to play the Instant Win Game. You will be instantly notified if you are a potential winner of an Instant Win Game prize. If you are the potential winner of a prize, you will receive an email detailing the prize you have won and explaining fully how to retrieve your prize.
2. b. To Enter Without a Purchase: Visit http://wendys.eprize.net/ridewithkyle/alt and follow the instructions to enter. You will automatically receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes, 1 Instant Win Game play, and proceed to the Instant Win Game Page.

Limit : Each participant may enter/play up to 5 times per day by any method or combination of methods during the Promotion Period.

West: AZ, CA, CO, ID, KS, MN, MO, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WY.

Instant Win Game Prizes:
15 INSTANT WIN PRIZES: 2 tickets to attend a selected NASCAR® race in winner’s home area (or any other location, subject to availability, provided winner bears full responsibility for all travel involved in attending the race). Winner will be provided a list of races from which they can select. ARV: $800.
