Eligibility : WE tv Cutest Kid Costume Contest open to individuals 18 years of age or older as of date of entry and who are legal residents of the United States. Contest void wherever prohibited by law, or where the registration or filing requirements of any state or local jurisdiction have not been complied with.

Promotion Period : WE tv Cutest Kid Costume Contest begins at 12:00:00 noon (ET) on October 1, 2009 and ends at 12:00:00 noon (ET) on November 13, 2009.

Limit : Entrants may upload one new picture per day by submitting them under the same user name and password.
