Grand Prize (1): Two-night trip for winner, one (1) guest and pet (cat or dog) to either New York NY, Chicago IL, San Francisco CA, St. Louis MO or Miami FL as chosen by the winner. Trip includes two (2) nights’ lodging at a pet-friendly hotel to be determined by Sponsor or its agency (standard accommodations, double occupancy), round trip transportation between major transport provider near winner’s city of residence and destination (method of transportation to be determined by Sponsor or its agency and based on winner’s residence and destination chosen; under no circumstance will a pet exceeding size restrictions that would prevent it from being carried onboard a commercial flight in an approved pet carrier that would fit under a passenger seat be permitted to travel via cargo), $1,000 and the opportunity to walk your pet in the destination city’s park: Central Park (NYC), Lincoln Park (Chicago), Golden Gate Park (San Francisco), Forest Park (St. Louis), Bayfront Park (Miami). Approximate retail value (ARV) of prize: $5,000.
First Prize (50): A Gemline backpack. ARV of First Prize: $30.
Second Prize (100): A Bow Wow Bag (pet gear bag). ARV of Second Prize: $10.
Third Prize (100): A VisionUSA water bottle. ARV of Third Prize: $10.
