Commencing on February 8, fans can visit www.twdxtreamsweeps.com to access The Walking Dead Xtream Sweepstakes entry form. Once on the sweepstakes website, entrants must register by providing the following information:

Upon completion of the registration form, participants receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. Participants can return and enter each and every day through March 6, 2016 at 11:59:59p.m.ET to improve their chances of winning the grand prize.
