Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec), who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in entrant’s place of residence at the time of entry, whichever is greater. Void in Quebec, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and overseas military installations and where prohibited or restricted by law.
