Eligibility : Open only to U.S. residents of the fifty states and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who, as of date of entry, are between the ages of 18 years and 36 years, have access to the Internet, and have not purchased Internet service in order to participate in this Sweepstakes.

Promotion Period : Sweepstakes ends at 11:59 a.m. ET on July 7, 2008.

Limit : Limit one entry per household in each 24-hour period.

Prize (s):
Sponsor will award one (1) Grand Prize and ten (10) Second Prizes.

Grand Prize is a three-night trip for winner and three guests during the week of August 4, 2008 (or whenever premier is held) to the U.S. city where the premiere of Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 (the “Event”) will occur. Trip consists of (1) round-trip, coach class air transportation for four persons from major airport near Grand Prize winner’s residence (airport determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), (2) two single rooms, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for three nights; (3) G by GUESS® cotton merchandise; (4) Hair and Makeup Makeover; (5) cotton tote; (6) four (4) tickets, one for each of winner and up to three guests to the Event; and (7) $1,000 in spending money (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,040).

Second Prize is (1) $50 G by GUESS® gift card; (2) cotton denim tote; and (3) Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 Merchandise (Approximate Retail Value $85).
