The Office Five Times a Week Sweepstakes

Eligibility : From the official time and date of the start of the Sweepstakes Period through the final date of prize fulfillment, you must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent U.S. resident residing in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia.  You must also be 18 years of age or older as of the official time and date of the start of the Sweepstakes Entry Period.  Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, and all other U.S. territories and possessions, and where restricted or prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : The The Office Five Times a Week Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 a.m. PT on August 31, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on September 25, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”).

How To Enter : To enter the The Office Five Times a Week Sweepstakes, log on to www.theofficefivetimesaweek.com (the “Sweepstakes Entry Website”).  After logging on to the Sweepstakes Entry Website, follow the on-screen instructions to complete The Office Application (the “Application”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address PER DAY during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: $5,000.00.

Winners : For a copy of the Official Rules or for a list of the names of prize winners, log onto www.theofficefivetimesaweek.com.  Winners list becomes available after completion of Sweepstakes.  ANY MAIL-IN REQUESTS SUBMITTED WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DESTROYED WITHOUT OPENING.
