Eligibility : To enter the Texas Instruments Count Me In Sweepstakes you must be a lawful permanent resident of the United States or Canada (except residents of the Province of Quebec) 13 years of age or older and be either a Student or an Educator as defined below

Student entrants (”Student Entrants”) must be enrolled as a student in an educational institution (middle school, high school, or college). Parents or Legal Guardians may enter on behalf of their Student Entrants. Educator entrants (”Educator Entrants”) must be employed by an educational institution at the time of drawing (middle school, high school, or college). The Sweepstakes is void in the Province of Quebec, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions and where restricted or prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes, and any website pages relating thereto, is intended for viewing only within the United States and Canada (except residents of the Province of Quebec). You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the United States or Canada (except residents of the Province of Quebec). The Sponsor, their respective promotions agencies, their respective parent company, subsidiaries, officers, directors, partners, principals, partnerships, employees or agents (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and their immediate families (defined as spouse, mother, father, sisters, brothers, sons and daughters, regardless of where they reside) and members of their households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.

Promotion Period : Texas Instruments Count Me In Sweepstakes is beginning on or about 12:01 am Eastern Time (”ET”) on July 24, 2009 and before October 15, 2009 at 11:59 pm ET (the “Promotional Period”)

How To Enter : You may enter the Texas Instruments Count Me In Sweepstakes (this “Sweepstakes”) by going to www.countmeinpledge.com and then following the online instructions to complete the sign up entry form.

Limit : Limit one entry per eligible entrant per day.

Prize (s):

Grand Prizes: A total of two (2) Grand Prize packages (each a “Grand Prize Package”) will be awarded as follows:

1. The First Grand Prize Package will be awarded to a Student Entrant and includes (1) a “Math Rocks” Fender Customized Guitar, (2) a TI-Nspire™ handheld graphing calculator, (3) a full year of 24/7 access to one-to-one, online tutoring from Tutor.com, (4) a TI-Nspire Cliff Notes book, (5) a TI-Nspire for Dummies book, and (6) a MathRocks T-shirt (TOTAL ARV $4228USD).
2. The Second Grand Prize Package will be awarded to an Educator Entrant and consists of (1) class set of thirty TI-Nspire Handheld Calculators including Professional Development, (2) TI Connect-to-Class™ Teacher Software (3) a TI-Nspire Teacher Edition Bundle, (4) 30 One-Hour Online Tutor.com gift cards, (5) a TI-Nspire Cliff Notes book, (6) a TI-Nspire for Dummies book , and (7) a MathRocks t-shirt (TOTAL ARV $8,713.00USD)

Daily Prizes: A total of eighty-four (84) daily prize packages (each a “Daily Prize Package”) will be awarded during the Promotion Period from among all eligible entries received as follows:

1. Student Entrants will be awarded a Daily Prize Package consisting of: (1) a TI-Nspire graphing calculator, (2) One hour free online tutoring from Tutor.com, (3) a MathRocks T-shirt, and (4) a TI-Nspire Cliff Notes book.
2. Educator Entrants will be awarded a Daily Prize Package consisting of (1) a TI-Nspire Teacher Edition Bundle which includes a TI-Nspire Handheld and TI-Nspire Computer Software and (2) a Math Rocks T-shirt. (3) a TI-Nspire Cliff Notes book. The ARV of each Daily Prize Package is $200USD.
