Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States, Alaska, and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 1, 2013 until 5:00 p.m. ET on April 1, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”)

Limit : Limit of one (1) entry per eligible person, per day (12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. ET), during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

The Grand Prize Winner will receive the following (the “Grand Prize”): a trip to New York, New York for the New York City Food and Wine Festival, which includes: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and guest between the major U.S. commercial airport in the contiguous 48 United States, Alaska, and D.C. nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and New York, New York (airports determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (ii) roundtrip airport transfers to/from hotel in New York; (iii) first-class hotel accommodations for three (3) days and two (2) nights (one double occupancy room, room rate and tax only); (iv) two (2) tickets to each of two (2) events, chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion, at the 2013 New York City Food and Wine Festival; (v) guided tour of the Food Network kitchens; and (vi) an opportunity to meet and greet celebrity chef Robert Irvine. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $4,900.
