Eligibility : Open only to persons who, as of the date of Entry, are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 U.S. or D.C (collectively, “Territory”)

Promotion Period : Beginning at 12:01 A.M., July 1, 2011 and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., July 31, 2011

Limit : Entries are limited to one (1) Entry per person/Address per Day, which is a maximum of 31 Entries allowed during the Entry Period (regardless of whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address).

Prize (s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: For winner and three (3) guests (collectively, “Group”), Adventures by Disney Backstage Magic travel package as part of a guided tour group travel experience with up to forty-four (44) travelers including the Group (“Travel Party”), for six (6) days/five (5) nights to Los Angeles, CA (“City”) and the Disneyland® Resort on a Sponsor-selected departure date between October 1, 2011 and September 30, 2012 (“Trip”). The Trip will consist of the following elements for the Group: [1]hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy) for five (5) nights; [2] services of two (2) Adventure Guides for the Travel Party; [3] services of local experts; [4]on-tour luggage handling; [5]gratuities for bellmen, housekeepers, drivers, activity providers and dining room staff; [6]scheduled meals; [7]entertainment and activities expressly included in the Trip, including admission to Disneyland® Park and Disney’s California Adventure® Park ; [8]travel taxes associated with the Trip; [9]] if winner resides more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a major airport in or near the City; but if winner’s residence is located two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between winner’s residence and the hotel located in City and [10]airport/hotel transfers and other ground transportation expressly included in the Trip. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $11,416
