Eligibility : Open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Guam) who are eighteen (18) years of age and older (or for residents of Alabama and Nebraska, 19 years of age or older) at time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Shoes.com Sounds For Every Stocking Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. PT on 12/1/09 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on 1/4/10 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: a three (3) day/ two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) companion (“Couple”) to see a live taping of the Hannah Montana television series during the 2010 season (“Taping”) on Sponsor-selected dates and at a Sponsor-selected location (“City”) dependent upon final taping schedule (“Trip”).   Trip will consist of the following elements for the Couple:   [1]  Two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) at a Sponsor-selected hotel; [2] tickets to the Taping and  [3] if winner resides more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City,  round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”)  and a major airport in or near the City for travel from one day prior to Taping day and one day following Taping date only.  Airline carrier and Resort regulations and conditions apply. Flights may include stopovers and/or connections. Approximate Retail Value  (“ARV”):   $1,500, which will vary depending upon points of departure and destination and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and  airfares.
