Eligibility : Sears Hometown Stores Family and Friends Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Sears Hometown Stores Family and Friends Sweepstakes begins on December 9, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 14, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, go to http://sears.promo.eprize.com/hometown and fill out the online entry form.

Limit : Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $1,000 in Sears gift cards. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000.
FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZES: $100 Sears gift card. ARV: $100.

Instant Win Game Prizes: TEN (10) SECOND PRIZES: $25 Sears gift card. ARV: $25. TWENTY-FIVE (25) THIRD PRIZES: $10 Sears gift card. ARV: $10. ONE HUNDRED (100) FOURTH PRIZES: $5 Sears gift card. ARV: $5. FIVE HUNDRED (500) FIFTH PRIZES: 5 additional sweepstakes entries. ONE HUNDRED (100) SIXTH PRIZES: 10 additional sweepstakes entries. FIFTY (50) SEVENTH PRIZES: 25 additional sweepstakes entries. TWENTY-FIVE (25) EIGHTH PRIZES: 50 additional sweepstakes entries.

Winners : Winner List requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above) and no later than March 15, 2010. For the Winner List, visit the promotion website, complete the form at the bottom of the FAQ, and select “Request a list of winners” in the drop down.
