Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of the legal age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) as of 3/25/13.

Promotion Period : Runs from 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 3/25/13 through 11:59:59 PM ET on 4/22/13 (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize: An exclusive “Scotts Ultimate Backyard Makeover” at winner’s home not to exceed an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $25,000 (the “Makeover”) Makeover will include but is not limited to the following: a consultation with Grand Prize Provider or its designee to identify the Winner’s makeover needs, live goods (ie. plants), turf grass and Scotts Miracle-Gro products, labor costs, and growing media (soils, sand, rocks, mulch), and non-lawn and garden growing items, products or live goods (ie. grill or pavers). Consultation consists of meetings & other communication with winner regarding Makeover, photographs (as necessary) prior to Makeover & recommendations for Makeover.
