Scene It? Disney Channel Challenge Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Scene It? Disney Channel Challenge Sweepstakes is open only to persons, who are, as of Entry, 8 years of age and older, with internet access as of October 30, 2008, legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (collectively, “Territory”)

Promotion Period : Beginning at 12:01:00 A.M., October 31, 2008, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., December 12, 2008 (“Entry Period”)

Limit : Entries are limited to one (1) Entry per person/per Address/per day regardless of whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: one (1) First Prize and a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for winner and three (3) guests (“Group”) to Los Angeles, CA (“City”), on Sponsor-selected dates to see a taping on the set (“Set”) of a Disney Channel show (“Trip”), consisting of the following elements for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for two (2) nights; [2] a check for $400 to be used as spending money; [3] hotel/Set transfers; [4] if winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and Los Angeles International Airport; or if winner’s residence is located less than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between winners’ residence and the hotel and [5] airport/hotel transfers. ARV: $6,242

Twenty (20) FIRST PRIZES: each consisting of the following elements: [1] one (1) Mattel Scene It? Disney Channel Edition Game and [2] one (1) Scene It? Disney Channel Challenge Prize Pack including one (1) of each of the following Disney Channel merchandise items: canvas tote, lunch tote, notepad, pen, lanyard, tattoo bracelet, wristwatch, towel, magnet sheet, folder, locker mirror, picture frame and journal (approximate retail value [“ARV”]: $142).
