Radio Disney’s NBA Finals Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to anyone under 16 years of age who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (“Territory”). Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary.

Promotion Period : Commencing at 3:00:00 A.M., May 21, 2011, and ending at 3:00:00 P.M., June 2, 2011

Limit : Regardless of method of Entry and whether one person has more than one Address / Cell Phone Number or more than one person use the same Address / Cell Phone Number, only one (1) On-line Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) entries per entrant during the Term); only one (1) SMS Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) entries per entrant during the Term); and only one (1) On-air Entry (equal to 1 entry) per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) entries per entrant during the Term). However, only one method of Entry is permitted each Day.

Prize (s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner of the Sweepstakes (“Winner”) will receive a trip for four (4) persons (Winner and one Parent / Legal Guardian, and two other guests) (“Group”) to a Sponsor determined city (“City”) to attend one game (“Game”) during the NBA Finals (“NBA Finals”). The Prize consists of the following elements: [1] hotel accommodations for the Group (one standard room, quadruple occupancy) for two (2) nights in the City; [2] four (4) tickets to the Game; [3] round-trip hotel / Game transfers in the City or car rental; [4] if the Winner resides more than 250 miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation for the Group between an airport near the Winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and an airport near the City; and [5] round-trip airport / hotel transfers in the City. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $3,500
