Eligibility : Only open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have reached the age of majority as of the date of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins at 7:00:00PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 4, 2011 and ends at 6:59:59PM (ET) on January 31, 2012 (“Contest Period”).

Limit : Limit five (5) Entries per person/email address/per day for the entire Submission Period.

Prize (s) :

Finalist Prize(s): Each of the eight (8) Finalists will receive one (1) gift card in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00); and one (1) Philips Fidelio Docking Station with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00).

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive two (2) roundtrip coach tickets on an airline selected by Sponsor, two (2) nights hotel accommodations in New York City, New York roundtrip ground transportation in the destination city between airport and hotel; Three (3) American Express Gift Cards in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) each; and One (1) American Express Gift Card in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for the Grand Prize winner’s travel companion. The ARV of the Grand Prize is Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00).

Winner List : To obtain a list of names of Prize winner(s), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Project Accessory Challenge Winner(s) Name Request, Lifetime Entertainment Services, LLC, 235 East 45th Street, New York, NY 10017, Attn: Digital Media Department. All requests must be received on or before May 2, 2012. Names of Prize winner(s) will be sent after selection and verification of winner(s). Names of Prize winner(s) may also be available on www.mylifetime.com after selection and verification.
