Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner can select one (1) of the following four (4) trips.
a. A trip for two (2) to Miami, FL. Trip package includes round-trip coach
class air transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner’s home
(determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Miami, FL; three (3) nights’

unlimited access to fitness classes at the hotel for length of stay; and $100
spending money that can be used toward spa services.

coach class air transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner’s home
(determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Napa Valley, CA; three (3)
nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion (single room, double occupancy); rental car for length of stay
(make, model and size determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); a spa
sampler package for two (2) people, which includes a 30-minute body scrub,
a 50-minute massage, and a 60-minute signature Mudslide treatment; and
$250 spending money, per person, that can be used toward meals and other
activities.
d. A trip for two (2) to Lake Tahoe, NV. Trip package includes round-trip
coach class air transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner’s home
to Reno, NV; three (3) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by
Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); rental car for
length of stay (make, model and size determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion); an Emerald Bay Sightseeing Tour for two (2); a scenic Gondola
ride at Heavenly for two (2); and $400 spending money, per person, that can
be used toward meals and other activities.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.
