Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of July 2, 2012 and who are physically located and residing in the KNBC, KNSD, KXAS and KPRC terrestrial geographic viewing areas

Promotion Period : Begin on July 2, 2012 at 12:00:01 A.M. CT and end on July 29, 2012 at 11:59:59 P.M. CT (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s) :

Second Prizes: There will be forty (40) second prizes (each a “Second Prize”, collectively “Second Prizes”) awarded. One (1) Second Prize will be awarded to each Second Prize Winner. Each Second Prize will consist of: one (1) Saturday Night Live orNBC themed DVD (actual DVD to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion). The Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Second Prize is forty dollars ($40). Total ERV of all Second Prizes is one thousand six hundred dollars ($1,600).

First Prizes: There will be four (4) first prizes (each a “First Prize”, collectively “First Prizes”) awarded. One (1) First Prize will be awarded to each First Prize Winner. Each First Prize will consist of a trip to New York City, NY (“Trip”), for each First Prize Winner and up to one (1) guest (“Guest”). Each Trip consists of: round-trip, coach-class air travel for First Prize Winner and his/her Guest from a major commercial airport near First Prize Winner’s residence to an airport in or near New York City, NY (“NYC Airport”) (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); accommodations for First Prize Winner and his/her Guest (single room/double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel in New York City, NY (“NYC Hotel”) (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); the opportunity for First Prize Winner and his/her Guest to attend aprivate VIP viewing party of a dress rehearsal of the NBC show Saturday Night Live (“Viewing Party”); one (1) NBC gift bag (actual contents to be determined and subject to change at Sponsors’ sole discretion); and round trip ground transportation for First Prize Winner and his/her Guest between NYC Airport and NYC Hotel. ERV of each First Prize is two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500). Total ERV of all First Prizes is ten thousand dollars ($10,000)

Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded to Grand Prize Winner. In addition to a First Prize (as described above), the Grand Prize Winner shall also receive the following: two (2) tickets to attend a live taping of the NBC television show Saturday Night Live (“Show”) during his/her Trip; additional accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest (single room/double occupancy) for up to two (2) additional nights at NYC Hotel (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); and ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest between NYC Hotel and Show. ERV of the Grand Prize is one thousand dollars ($1,000).
