Eligibility : YOU MUST BE A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT RESIDING IN THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA THROUGHOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY to be eligible to win.

Promotion Period : Pepsi Little Caesars Buzz In To Win Sweepstakes starts February 23, 2009, at 8:00 a.m. EST and ends April 27, 2009, at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter :   Scratch off the area indicated on your Game Piece to reveal your sweepstakes entry code (“Code”), then go to www.LittleCaesarsBuzz.com (the “Web Site”) during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the instructions to register and enter your Code.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per name and per e-mail address during each twenty-four (24) hour period throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):

A total of four hundred and fifty (450)  Prizes will be awarded each consisting of either a PSP® (PlayStation® Portable) system with a copy of BUZZ!™ Master Quiz [two hundred and five (205) are available to be won.]  Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”): $189.98, OR a PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system with a copy of Buzz!™ The Mega Quiz, a copy of BUZZ!™ The Hollywood Quiz and BUZZ!™ Jr. RoboJam [two hundred and five (205) are available to be won.] ERV: $199.96, OR a PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system with a copy of Buzz!™ Quiz TV [forty (40) are available to be won.] ERV: $459.98.
