Eligibility : one small vote one mighty impact (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who (a) are at least eighteen (18) years of age or of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry, whichever is greater, and (b) are legally able to work in the United States.

Promotion Period : The one small vote one mighty impact begins on April 22, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 30, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit www.mightysmall.com/onesmallvote and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration including a valid home address; P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Upon registering, you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Trip for two (2) to Hilo, Hawaii. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Hilo, Hawaii; five (5) nights accommodations at the Mauna Lani Resort (garden view single room, double occupancy) or similar resort, as determined by Sponsor; a rental car for length of stay; and $1,000 spending money for the winner only awarded as an American Express Gift Card which may be used for meals and activities. If winner does not meet requirements for rental car, that portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner.

Winners : Winner’s Name requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above) and no later than September 30, 2009. For the name of the winner, visit the promotion website, complete the form at the bottom of the FAQ, and select “Win List Request” in the drop down.
