Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission if you are considered a minor and be: (i) a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; (ii) between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) at the time of entry; and (iii) physically located in one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry (“Participant”).

Promotion Period : Begins at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time “ET”) on October 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2011.

Limit : Entries limited to one (1) entry per calendar day/per person and/or email address.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for him/herself and two (2) guests (one of whom must be the parent or legal guardian of the Grand Prize Winner and the other guest must be between the ages of eight (8) and eighteen (18) years at the time of entry) (collectively, the “Guests”) to Los Angeles, CA (the “Trip Package”). Trip Package includes (i) round-trip coach airfare for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests from the airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA; (ii) round-trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests from Grand Prize Winner’s home to and from airport, from hotel to “Victorious” set and from hotel to special Target event; (iii) standard hotel accommodations for 3 nights/4 days (double room; quad occupancy) for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests; (iv) a make-over for Grand Prize Winner and the minor Guest at a Los Angeles salon; (v) VIP meet and greet with the “Victorious” cast on the set (subject to availability) for Grand Prize Winner and Guests; (vi) a “Victorious” prize package, including an autographed Victoria Justice solo album, “Victorious: Time to Shine” for Kinect on Xbox 360, “Victorious” Season 1, Volume 2 on DVD, a Victoria Justice doll, an autographed “Victorious” cast poster and a one (1) year subscription to a Bauer Teen Group magazine; and (vii) a $500 Target shopping spree. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $4,725.00.

First Prize (25): First Prize Winners will each receive a “Victorious” prize package, including an autographed Victoria Justice solo album (subject to availability), “Victorious: Time to Shine” for Kinect on Xbox 360, “Victorious” Season 1, Volume 2 on DVD, a Victoria Justice doll, an autographed “Victorious” cast poster and a one (1) year subscription to a Bauer Teen Group magazine (ARV: $125 each).

Second Prize (50): Second Prize Winners will each receive an autographed “Victorious” cast poster (ARV: $7.00 each).
