Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes Participant must have his/her Parent’s permission and be (i) a legal resident of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (the “Eligibility Area”) and (ii) between the ages of 8 and 17 at the time of entry (“Participant”).

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time (“EST”)) on January 20, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on December 31, 2012.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests (each, a “Guest”) (one of whom must be a Parent of Winner) will be awarded a trip to Los Angeles, CA (the “Trip Package”). Trip Package includes (i) roundtrip coach airfare for four (4) persons from the airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA, (ii) standard hotel accommodations (quad occup. 2 nights/ 3 days), (iii) round trip ground transportation to and from airport and hotel, and to and from hotel to event; (iv) four (4) tickets to the 2013 Kids’ Choice Awards event; and (v) $1,000.00 in spending money. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $4,600.00.

First Prize (10): Each first prizewinner will be awarded a Target gift card in the amount of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00). The ARV of each First Prize is $250.00 and the total ARV of all First Prizes is $2,500.00.
