Eligibility : Open only to Members who are not minors at time of Entry (as defined by state of primary residence, “Minor”) and who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 states or D.C. (“Territory”).

Promotion Period : Beginning at 12:01 A.M., January 4, 2011, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., February 1, 2011

Prize (s) :

One (1) GRAND PRIZE: a four (4) day/ three (3) night trip to Los Angeles, California, for winner and one (1) guest (“Couple”), consisting of the following elements (“Trip”): [1] one (1) room at the Fairmont Hotel (“Hotel”) for three (3) nights (Signature bungalow including room tax); [2] one (1) breakfast at FIG restaurant; [3] $200 allowance toward spa, [4] Core Fusion classes once per day; [5] if winner resides more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the Hotel, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and Los Angeles International Airport and [46] airport/Hotel transfers.  Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $5,000
